All diesel injector must be through three
points tested : pilot injection, idling injection, full load injection. The
diesel flow is ultra micro when on pilot injection and idling injection, so it
must need very precision measurement ,but just several manufacturers has the
technology of ultra micro flow meter , they control the market, this is the
mainly reason that make price is always on higher and most manufacturers of
test bench can not undertake it. So they only use weight scale or measuring
glass, you know it’s very un-precision and low efficiency. You even don’t dare
to drive this car if you know this.
